Arville Textiles is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Horan as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the business continues its growth trajectory.

Neil joins Arville with significant financial leadership experience across manufacturing and technology-led organisations. He most recently served as Director of Finance at Chameleon Technology, where he spent four years overseeing financial operations and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to this, Neil held senior roles at Moores Furniture Group and Bromford Industries. He began his career with BDO, building a strong foundation in audit, governance and financial management.

Neil will lead Arville’s financial strategy across the Group’s portfolio, overseeing financial planning, governance, performance management and strategic investment as the business continues to scale.
