Next-Gen Firefighter Gear: Lighter, Stronger, Safer

Firefighters need gear that delivers extreme heat resistance without compromising comfort and mobility. Traditional protective fabrics can be bulky and restrictive limiting effectiveness in high-risk situations. We developed a next-generation, lightweight, heat-reactive textile woven with Nomex fibre, which expands under high temperatures to form an insulating barrier against radiant heat and flames.

Meeting international safety standards (EN469, AS/NZ4967), our multi-layer fabric also integrates moisture-wicking properties reducing heat stress and enhancing flexibility.

This breakthrough material sets a new benchmark in firefighter PPE allowing firefighters to work with greater confidence, mobility and protection in the toughest environments.
