We design high-performance textiles that meet the most complex specifications across a wide range of sectors. We also develop prototypes and refine the characteristics of existing products, working with our partners to ensure a highly structured approach to the design of textile components that fits their products and processes. Our manufacturing process is fully integrated, facilitating the development of textiles with performance characteristics that meet our customers’ requirements.

Yarns

We have an extensive range of on-site yarn stock offering rapid response and minimising lead times but can also source specialist new yarns for innovation, enhanced performance and cost benefits. Our access to staple, multifilament and monofilament yarns helps us to engineer fabrics by selecting specific yarn counts and types.

Yarns for Extreme Environments

We can weave with high-strength, thermally resistant yarns like meta-aramids, para-aramids, and UHMWPE. We partner with material science leaders with products such as Conex, Nomex, Kevlar, Twaron, Dyneema, and Vectran. We also specialise in anti-static and conductive yarns.

Natural Yarns

Natural yarns also feature in our fabric range. For high absorbency, we offer pure or blended, carded and combed cotton. Core-spun cotton strengthens textiles, while linen options are lint-free, heat-conductive and provide a stronger alternative. The flax fibres of linen yarn enhance rip and chemical resistance.
